Summary:
Perform full maintenance of residential and commercial swimming pools with or without supervision. Completes assigned daily tasks on time and has open communication with the overseeing manager. Ensure quality service and a high customer satisfaction rate.

Physical Requirements – While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk, carry, reach with hands, kneel, crouch or crawl, push, pull, Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. Able to work in inclement weather.
Reasoning Ability – to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Certificates, Licenses, registrations: Poses a valid Driver license is a MUST.
Related work experience: at least 1 year of aquatic experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training.
Confidentiality – Must keep information about the company confidential during or after this employment term & agreement.
Scheduling requirements – The job requires evenings and weekends as needed to meet operational demands or deadlines. The typical workweek is 6 days – Monday – Saturday, Sunday OFF.
