Pool inspection before buying a house
Pool inspection – Washington, DC
Obsessing over a pool is one thing, but getting it checked, repaired, and maintained will cause you more charges than fun. Buying a house is one thing, but you can count on summer pool parties only if there is a well maintained and operable pool. What if the house you buy has a pool out of date and unable to work correctly? Most importantly, it costs you more than how much should be invested in it and brings you pool nightmares. You can count on your pool inspection skills but hire a pool inspector from Dolphin Pool Service, LLC if you are unaware of the pool and its amenities. We will help you better understand its current condition and make you aware of any future investments that will be needed in the long run.
Our pool inspector will come out and perform an entire visual inspection of the pool structure and its surroundings including pool surface, tile, coping stones, decking and its equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters and others. A detailed report will be provided which will also include the pool’s overall condition and grade given by DPS Pool Inspector. In event of any red flags (e.g. signs of water loss), you will be advised if any further inspections such as leak detection will be recommended.
